By engaging in any services provided by Denai Art, including graphic design, company profile writing, and website design and development, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

COMPANY PROFILE
WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Service Definition:

  1. The services offered include graphic design and company profile writing by Denai Art.
  2. Graphic design encompasses concept development, design, and production of graphic materials such as logos, banners, posters, brochures, etc.
  3. Company profile writing includes the preparation of text and content for the company profile, including information about the business, history, vision and mission, products and services, etc.

 

Payment Terms:

  1. Customers are required to make a deposit payment of 60% of the total job price for services exceeding RM 650, or full payment for services priced at RM 650 and below, before the commencement of work.
  2. Payments should be made in the currency specified by Denai Art.
  3. Customers are considered to agree to these terms and conditions upon making the deposit or full payment.

 

Changes and Revisions:

  1. Customers are allowed up to 5 minor adjustments to graphic design and company profile writing work.
  2. These changes refer to text updates, color selection, font choices, or graphic elements that do not involve a complete change in the overall concept or design.
  3. Changes beyond the specified number will be charged additionally at the rate set by Denai Art.

 

Copyright Ownership:

  1. Copyright for graphic design and company profile writing works belongs to Denai Art until the customer makes full payment for the services.
  2. After the customer makes full payment, the copyright will be transferred entirely to the customer.

 

Delivery and Timeline:

  1. Denai Art will deliver graphic design and company profile writing works within [specified timeframe] from the date of receiving the deposit or full payment.
  2. Customers are responsible for providing the required information and materials within the specified timeframe to ensure timely delivery.

 

Usage of Works:

  1. Customers are allowed to use graphic design and company profile writing works for personal or business purposes.
  2. Customers are not allowed to sell, rent, or redistribute the works without written permission from Denai Art.

 

Cancellation:

  1. Customers can request the cancellation of the service by providing written notice to Denai Art.
  2. Denai Art reserves the right to assess and approve cancellations based on certain valid reasons presented by the customer.
  3. If Denai Art agrees to the cancellation due to extenuating circumstances, the customer may be eligible for a partial refund, determined at the discretion of Denai Art and after deducting the cost of work already performed.
  4. Cancellation after the commencement of work without valid reasons approved by Denai Art is not eligible for a refund.

 

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute or disagreement arising in this relationship, Denai Art and the customer agree to seek a resolution through negotiation and good-faith discussions, whether formal or informal.

 

Customer Acknowledgment:

As a customer of Denai Art, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated above. You also acknowledge that Denai Art is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the provided graphic design and company profile writing works.

  2. Website design and development encompass the creation, layout, and functionality of a website, including features such as navigation, visuals, and interactive elements.
  3. This service includes the development of a responsive and user-friendly website tailored to the client's business needs.

 

Payment Terms:

  1. Customers are required to make a deposit payment of 60% of the total job price for services exceeding RM 1500, or full payment for services priced at RM 1500 and below, before the commencement of website design and development work.
  2. Payments should be made in the currency specified by Denai Art.
  3. Customers are considered to agree to these terms and conditions upon making the deposit or full payment.

  1. Customers are allowed up to 5 minor adjustments to website design and development work.
  2. These changes refer to content updates, color adjustments, font choices, or minor modifications that do not involve a complete overhaul of the website structure or design.
  3. Changes beyond the specified number will be charged additionally at the rate set by Denai Art.
